Info. My friend Sana-chan introduced me to Mermaid Melody, and I loved it! It's sweet enough to rot your teeth, and even though sugar-coated series don't usually appeal to me, I found Mermaid Melody to be really enjoyable. Sana already had several Luchia costumes from Mermaid Melody, and after finding an amazing wig that was perfect for Hanon, I decided I really wanted to make Hanon's Live Start outfit.

I didn't really have enough time to make the Live Start outfit before AX, since I was already very busy working on Fran. But when my friend Jason of i360.com was holding a sakura photoshoot in April, I really wanted something new to wear, so I turned to Hanon's causal sundress she wears in several of the episodes. It only took me 2 days to make, and while the wig isn't accurate for Hanon's human disguise, I still really wanted to wear it. Sana was a sweetheart and threw together a casual Luchia outfit to wear with me to the photoshoot! <3 This costume is really comfortable to wear, so I wore it on the last day of Anime Expo to lounge around in.
